Monika W. Ratuszynska – modern contemporary artist, was born in 1986 in Tarnów, Poland, into a noble family with a rich artistic heritage.

Monika W. Ratuszynska’s great-grandfather, Antoni Ratuszynski (1900-1990), was a significant figure in Poland’s art scene as a highly esteemed academic painter. His works frequently stirred conversations and were the centerpiece of many exhibitions held in Warsaw and Krakow.

Monika W. Ratuszynska’s love for painting blossomed early in her life. Despite her medical education, she devoted herself to fostering her artistic talents, honing her skills in Vienna, Austria.

Ratuszynska’s vibrant works predominantly feature the human form, particularly young individuals and fictional characters, reflecting her enduring fascination with youth portraiture. Over the past three years, she has explored the medium of oil and acrylic paints.
